1/3 c butter - melted
1 1/2 c quinoa flakes
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
OPTIONAL
raisins, craisens, gluten-free candies
* Chill dough 20 minutes.
* Form into balls and flatten very slightly
* Bake on parchment paper for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees
* Cool well
